yeah, we've been hearing Sabah and Sarawak are very good places to visit too , We just talked about it the other day ,if we go to visit Malaysia again ,we definitly will visit there .
PS: we fall in love with Malaysian food too.. yummy ... i miss Fresh Lime Juice and Mango salad very much . um...

Hi Ivy,
Thas the west coast of the Peninsular (West Malaysia).
The Eastern part of the Peninsular is also great if you like beaches and seas, but you have plan your trip well to avoid the monsoon season. Pulau Redang is great, Cherating has the famous Club Med there.
East Malaysia, where Sabah & Sarawak is located, Sabah is a great destination for scuba diving and if you are game, scaling Mount Kinabalu.
Well apart from that I believe Malaysia is also fame for their food ...

Hi Eric.
Last Feb, my husband and i had been to Malaysia for our honeymoon .We went to KL,Melaka, Penang ,Langkwai ,Perils ,etc. but not sure ,whether they belongs to EAST. heheh.. anyhow , we had fantastic holidays there ,Malaysia is a very beautiful country ,i think we will visit there pretty soon again ..
